    Been getting signed out of my profile mid game.


    Twice tonight I was kick out of Competetive Overwatch because it said I was signed out of xbox live. I live alone and there is no console or even another television being used in my house. I just get kicked off xbox live during Overwatch and Get Suspensions
    and SR penalties for my trouble. The first time I ran a network test. It told me It could not get an IP address. I reset my console normally and was reconnected. A few games later it happened again. Goodbye my dreams of platinum this season.

    Keep getting signed out

    I have been getting signed out of my profile for weeks now it first started when I was getting disconnects regularly from xbox live. After 3-4 disconnects I would be signed out of my profile. Now with out warning I get signed out . My Xbox is set as home
    system and I have changed my password and put a passcode to protect my profile . Sunday I was signed out 4 times in less then 10 minutes. I'm in Delta Tier and I report these issues regularly .

    Account signed in elsewhere problem

    I keep getting kicked out of games because it says my profile is signed in elsewhere. Now am on probation. Are profiles being hacked?

    Hey there Drunken PwNeR,

    Sorry to hear about that happening, that sounds super frustrating.

    Since it is straight up disconnecting you from Xbox Live, then if I were you I'd try following the troubleshooting steps we have on "My Xbox
    One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live    " and see if it keeps happening afterward.

    I also suggest power cycling the console following these steps here
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console     as well.

    It's real quick and helps with a variety of issues.

    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in resolution of the issue.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues playing GTA V online, I can try to provide a solution.
    But before that please answer the following questions:

    Do you have an active Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate subscription?
    Is this happening with more games or is just GTA V?
    And what else you tried besides changing the account password and adding a PIN?
