    Been getting error code 0x803f8001 since yesterday


    I spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone with Microsoft and they couldn't even figure it out!! I AM LIVID because I paid for the full version and I can't even play it!! Whatever update that happened a week ago has killed the game on PC for sure. I don't have an
    Xbox so I don't know if it will play there. When I try to go to the support page for the game it says oops something happened so I can't talk with the actual people who are support for this particular game. When I called support They made it sound like I
    was not cooperating with them but if you are from another country then there is a gap in the language...Heck there is a gap from the north to the south in the language. They need better people skills and more training on the American slang language. I LOVE
    THIS GAME but these people need to get it together!!!!!

    1000% agree, i had such bad customer service on the phone the guy actually hung up on me for asking too many questions. like why the hell should I HAVE TO BUY another disk because because there damn disks don't work.
