    Been Charged for ESO Plus twice


    I received a message 10 days ago saying the date my ESO subscription payment date has changed which I am OK with so I got charged on 15 July 2018 for ESO Plus, then Today (20 July 2018) I noticed I was charged again.

    Is this correct or have I paid subscription twice for the same month?

    Eso plus

    I have been charged for eso plus. It states in my subscriptions that I have eso plus that expires on 8/5/16.

    When I log into my game my membership in eso plus is "Not Active".

    I have contacted eso online, they said to contact xbox support.

    I waited an hour for a call where xbox support then told me I have to "post my problem here" bc apparently I am a "preview customer". I'd what that means but I do know that u wasn't my *** subscription that I have been charged for.

    The same thing just happened to me today, i contacted support on their after hours chat, got the run around and then the manager literally quit the chat on me while i was trying to get my refund.. I've never been treated so POORLY by customer service people.
    i'm tempted to contact any number i find and complain about the rudeness of the manager and for them not knowing what the hell they're doing. they tried to tell me i was charged on july 26th for JUNE's subs and that the extra eso plus charge on the 28th, today,
    was for next month's...

    You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
    open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

    Paid ESO Plus account status intermitently not active.

    I paid for a plus account today via the elder scrolls online website. Under billing it shows my order, but under memberships it shows nothing. I log in to the game to play, no eso plus. I am not sure what's going on. Will not let me play, but also does
    not give me the option to cancel. Thinking about trying again through the xbox store, but don't want to be charged twice. Any advice?
