i have been suspended from xbox live and i don't know why and i really want my account back as i haven't done anything wrong.

This Xbox console has been permanently banned from access to Xbox LIVE due to involvement in the purchase, sale, theft, or transfer of Xbox LIVE account(s). This conduct was discovered by an investigation into the activity occurring on the console.

The conduct that caused this ban may include, but is not limited to:

Unauthorized account recovery or usage

Unauthorized purchases/redemptions on an account

Offering to buy, sell, lend, or transfer an account

Attempts to commit fraud

Hi there, I'm sorry but we don't have any info on Enforcement actions; you can submit a case review at
Xbox Enforcement | How Do I , If your case was upheld, that means that enforcement reviewed your case review and deemed that your suspension was well warranted and there wouldn't be any way to appeal it unfortunately.

 

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this I will link a video below showing you how to file a case review.
