    help been banned for almost 3 months just called xbox lady said I should of been unbanned August 2 its now September 20th she couldn't do anything about it what should I do?

    player harassing my wife

    there was a player named easiestzebra169 sexually harassing my wife over chat and now she has been chat banned for talking back to him over text chat

    i demand a response from the moderators this is unacceptable behavior from an already sexist company its nice to see that you really don't care at all for myself though

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have you can check on the enforcement site
    here

    If there is none then remove your profile & do a hard reset of your console by holding the power button on the front until your console turns off,unplug it from the mains for 5 minutes.

    Plug it back in,turn it on & redownload your profile.

    Xbox Enforcement Team Phone Line

    Ive been banned for swearing at a guy who was swearing at me. He reported me though so I was the one banned.

    My ban lasted for 2 weeks and ended over a month ago. Trouble is I can play online and everything but still cant chat or message.

    Been on the forums and support and no help at all. Cant talk to Enforcement because the ban has ended so there is no option for the review process anymore, and to see what the problem is.

    The Enforcement process is a disgrace.
