Been banned for theft

    Hello,

    My account has been suspended for 24 hours for it says theft.

    I cant file a case review as the ban isn't long enough.

    I have no idea why this has occurred

    I have spoken to online support who also could find no issues with my account.

    Can someone please explain to me why I'm being labelled a thief.

    is the account name.

    I would like to find out the problem ASAP

    i have been banned due to markeyplace theft why!!!

    my account CANDY KARN has been banned for ever for marketplace theft i want to see proof or some thing i don't understand why i'm banned...

    Sorry but support has no access to enforcement information as the enforcement team is an independent group. Also they do not follow these forums either.

    There is 2 different kind of "theft" reason; marketplace or account.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. So all you can do is wait it out. A review would last longer than the suspension which is why it's not eligible.

    I GOT BANNED FOR DOING NOTHING

    he said that for console bans, mines a profile ban. I did get an email and it said I had been banned for marketplace theft , but i haven't commited a theft in the marketplace. and like i said earlier it wasnt even in the computers that i had been banned
    when i called customer support, which makes no sense.

    Not true. There have always been console bans on the 360 for more than just modifications and theft. Console bans are also issued for excessive enforcement actions on a console.
