    Been banned for no reason!


    Been banned from using Xbox live till 29th may! I would understand the duration of the suspension if had I had done something wrong! However , and I'm sure other people can relate someone has reported me for no reason . This is insane, I pay money to have
    my live every month and I get banned for no reason? This is something that must change!

    Been banned for no reason

    You would need to submit a case review on that site in order for the enforcement team to take a look at it again. They do not use these forums and they will not give specific information.

    Been banned for no reason

    it tells me I'm banned for harassment, but I have not done anything at all to harass anyone what so ever, I just wanted to see the chain of messages I apparently sent to see if it is actually caused as harassment or just to get it looked into further, and
    hopefully get unbanned

    Been banned for no reason!

    You didn't get suspended for "no reason".

    If you are suspended until the 29th then it's either not your first suspension or whatever you did was quite a severe breach of the rules.

    Read the email sent to the address linked to your account or go to the enforcement site
    here to find out why & file for a case review if eligible

    Doesn't matter if someone reports you for no reason,you'll only get suspended/banned if you have done something that violates the ToU/CoC.

    Also doesn't matter if you pay money for xbox live,you agree to follow the rules & you also agree that you will be punished if you are caught breaking those rules.

    Hi , my brother got suspended for no reason ! he is getting bullied at school and the bullies got hold of his gamer tag and launched a complaint against him . They think its funny and now bully him even more about it , and threaten to do it again . tried
    to get hold of somebody at xbox live but they weren't interested . **** service

    doesnt matter if they file a fake report they only get an accuracy drop and a suspension for abusing the system

    However if your brother retailiated in anywys that violates the terms of use he is just as punishable

    Block ignore and report common peoplr.use common sense

    If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating is an infraction of the Code of Conduct and can lead to enforcement acts.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
