Been banned for marketplace theft weird

Hi my gamer tag is WavyEric that account has been banned till 12/31/9999 for marketplace theft I want to let you know that I was using my parents credit card when I 3 packs or 35k vc they didn't get added to my account I contacted 2ksupport they were
talking about the how to sort this out and none of the methods work and they investigate my account my account and days went on and I was suspended from Xbox I thought it would be for some guy reporting me because someone in game chat talking smack cussing
at being disrespectful to me to me and my friend on the other team in nba2k16 after we won me and some randoms people played won the next game then after that game the guy sent me a message saying I'm bad xblept can check my messages I didn't respond to him
about what he said to me and then I got disconnected from xbl on my end so I reset my Xbox one and router and it said I was banned so I was upset so I went to the email I got and it told me to got to the enforcement team so I thought that Could of been banned
for multiple reasons could have been from 2k so I looked in the code of conduct I haven't talk to costumer support in almost 2 years until now so I didn't ask for any refunds I don't buy any redeem codes I just buy pre paid visa/Amex/master cards/ from
cvs but I do share licenses with my backup account for black ops 3 and nba2k I do this because I like play good players and when I'm on my main account they leave the game when they see me in the lobby or got next spot that's why I share games for nothing
else I don't glitch or cheat to get financial gain you can check my account also I do share Netflix/Hulu with my aunt because they come my house if that's the reason I got banned I apologize for my actions. This could be when I had my moms card on my account
thinking that it was a prepaid Visa card I get from cvs and I've made a silly mistake by doing and Im truly sorry about what I did I know I've broken the rules but This wasn't intentional Sorry and it won't happen again it's not fun not being able to play
with my friends anymore please give another chance on WavyEric I love playing Xbox.

i was told by xblept Zulu that there would be a resolution within 72hours in the case review yesterday can this suspension be reduced

My xbox live has been banned

My xbox live has been permanently banned for apparent: Marketplace theft.

My live account is Elite Bantu

 

I GOT BANNED FOR DOING NOTHING

he said that for console bans, mines a profile ban. I did get an email and it said I had been banned for marketplace theft , but i haven't commited a theft in the marketplace. and like i said earlier it wasnt even in the computers that i had been banned
when i called customer support, which makes no sense.

Hi there,

I'm afraid nobody in the forums is able to assist with suspension and or bans. You will need to use the Case review option on
http://enforcement.xbox.com and check for any updates there.

 

I went like I said Zulu said there will be a resolution within 72 hours . 72 hours went by already..

 

If you've asked for a case review then you'll just have to wait.

No one here is anything to do with the enforcement team so other than directing you to the site WPAK linked there's nothing we can do.

 

I posted a fourm on fourm 11 and I have no answer
