    hello i have been banned on my xbox live account.

    WHen i log into my account and try playing gaming online. Says i dont have prtemission to play online. I have contacted x box and they say i have been banned, N told to check on enforcemnt page. Up on checking i have a perfect account and there is no case
    to review or appeal/

    Even though i have been banned there is no information please can someone help or at least put the ban on my account so i can see it and review it please?

    i have tried to file a case review however it won't allow you to file because you have a perfect record.

    Why have I been banned, And why haven't I been aware of this?

    Why has my account been banned I have an orange hammer on the enforcement page but no details to show I've been banned only previous suspensions?

    Please refrain from creating duplicate threads as you already have a one open regarding this Again, this is an issue affecting multiple people. All that can be done is to wait for the enforcement site to be fixed.

    Thank you for your help, but nothing shows up on the enforcement page, it says no active suspensions, and it has no enforcement history, but the account is banned from xbox live.
