Discus and support been a member since 2015. No earned rewards. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so I've been a member since 2015 and I have no earned rewards, even though I've re-uped my Xbox live yearly since then and have earned over 5000+...     been a member since 2015. No earned rewards.


    so I've been a member since 2015 and I have no earned rewards, even though I've re-uped my Xbox live yearly since then and have earned over 5000+ achievements at the very least since joining Xbox rewards. Why is this? And how can I get my points?

    Missing Reward Credits

    I have been a MS Rewards Member since 10-12-1014 and Gold Member even

    longer. I realized I have NOT been getting the double rewards being a

    Gold Member since the beginning of my Sign Up.. My Lifetime

    Credits Earned is 114,750, when in fact I should have earned 229,500

    Credits being a Gold Member

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Achievements will only award credits if they are part of a specific offer on the site.

    As stated in the pop-up on the website, since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, it is no longer possible to join the program, since it is ending. Since you are not a Rewards member, it is not possible to redeem or "cash in" on savings,
    since you do not have any. You must be a Xbox Live Rewards member to earn Rewards.

    We see that you chose to opt out of the program on March 9th this year. Since you must be a Xbox Live Rewards member to earn Rewards Credits, you are not eligible to earn Rewards Credits.
