been 9 days since ban and still cannot use party chat properly

honestly xbox support what the hell is going on? 9 days after a wrongful suspension of a week ( was even my 1st ban ) people cannot hear me in game or party chat. just spent an hour on live chat and on the phone and the droids are about as useless as a brick.
Somebody needs to get this issue fixed! how are we supposed to game without mics and partys working properly? Id like somebody to get back to me asap either here or by phone!

Deleting threads about post party chat ban

For a friend of mine, this still hasn't been fixed. His ban was lifted weeks ago and he still cannot party chat.

Hi. My enforcement ban hasn't been lifted properly after 24 hours given. Can write messages but still can't game or party chat?

 

Good luck, a lot of us are in the same boat and no luck getting it fixed.

This has been going on for over a month now, mine has been over a week it is no fun playing with mates when you can't talk to them and with all the fps coming out over the next month being able to chat is even more important, i honestly struggle to understand
why it is taking so long to fix. I have seen many gamers on here saying they are giving up on xbox and going to the ps4, i would do the same but i have hundreds of pounds worth of games on digital downloads so that really isn't an option for me.
