[Bedrock - Xbox 1] Sonic DLC Skins not appearing for the other person in Split-Screen.

Hello, so I’ve recently bought the Sonic DLC for my daughters for their birthdays. They absolutely love the skins! However, in a survival game, their skins will not show to each other — one may be dressed as Amy, but looks like Steve on the bottom screen. The other may be dressed as Sonic but looks like Steve on the top screen.

What can I do about this to fix it?

My kids are also having this issue on switch with the sonic skins. There is an issue in the issue tracker for it from 2021 that is still open. So, I wouldn't expect a fix anytime soon as it looks low priority.

In this case, the next option is to uninstall and reinstall the game, Minimoose.

If that still didn't work, submitting a ticket to Mojang will be the next option.

Hi Minimoose, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Okay, did as you said, did not work. Still both appear as steves and alexes to each other in their split-screen world.
