Bedrock Minecraft Masters Collection resource packs are missing

I have redeemed the appropriate codes from the cards provided in the case of the purchased game.

They were successfully redeemed. My microsoft account purchase history reflects this and the codes are no longer redeemable.

I loaded Minecraft, all of my redeemed resources were available for download through the Minecraft store under My Reaource Packs.

I installed and successfully played the texture pack BD Craft for several hours. I saved and quit minecraft and as it loaded to the main menu it flickered and all of my Mine Coins and resource packs defaulted as if I never owned them with my Microsoft account.

I restarted the computer and still nothing. I updated my downloads through microsoft store app and still nothing. I uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it. Only skin packs came back but still missing 7 of the 11 redeemable resources.

I read several forums and troubleshooting entries and they all result in no answer or to contact support at xbox. Xbox support hangs up on me or pretends I'm asking about something completely unrelated. I have called 6 times and have been disconnected 4
times and put on hold for an hour the other two times only for the call to abruptly end while on hold.

This sounds like a known issue. I am trying to be civil with this, can I please get someone to send me an honest email so I can just move on with my life.

I'm sorry this is happening but as far as this forum goes, nobody here has any leverage at billing or account stuff.

We consulted our Internal Support Team about this, and they shared to us that this Minecraft for Windows Master Collection is now replaced by this - Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition Deluxe Collection. This comes with these contents: Minecoins, 5 maps, 1 texture pack, 5 Character Creator Items and 3 emotes in addition to Minecraft.

Download a texture pack (also known as a resource pack) in a compatible format such as .mcpack or .zip from a trusted source. Make sure the pack is designed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Open the downloaded texture pack file. It should automatically open with Minecraft Bedrock if you have the game installed.

Minecraft Bedrock will import the texture pack and prompt you to apply it. Click the "Apply" or "Activate" button to enable the texture pack.

If the texture pack doesn't automatically open with Minecraft, you can manually import it. Copy or move the downloaded .mcpack or .zip file to the following location on your mobile device:

Android: Internal Storage/games/com.mojang/resource_packs

iOS: On iOS devices, the process requires a file management app like Documents by Readdle or iExplorer. Move the texture pack file to the "games/com.mojang/resource_packs" directory.

After moving the file, open Minecraft Bedrock and go to "Settings" > "Global Resources."

In the "My Packs" section, you should see the imported texture pack listed. Tap on it to activate it.

You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first
