    Bedrock Minecraft: Many items in the store are now missing


    Hello, I play minecraft on my iPhone and Xbox One S. I have purchased many cosmetics for the game. For example, in the headwear section of the character creator, there are only 5 items. There used the be 20 or 30. All of the previous head items I bought
    are completely gone. It isn’t an xbox specific issue because it has happened on my phone as well. I just want my stuff back. My character is still wearing a head item that isn’t even accessible in the store anymore. I see that this is a common issue. Anyone
    else have similar issues? Any idea on if it’s getting fixed? Please tell me I haven’t wasted my money on a game I love so much...

    I also followed the instructions literally, but I redeemed on a Chromebook and played Minecraft Bedrock Edition on a Nintendo Switch. As a update on the issue progress since posting, 2 of the 3 missing items have now shown up after about a week and a half.
    The third one is still missing.

    There is the small problem that many items are now missing, like in customize avatar many of my awards are missing even tho they are on my hdd, and items that i downloaded a while ago are now no longer available, how microsoft plan to sort that out?

    Heya! Not. If you have Minecraft Bedrock for one device (Switch in your case) You only have acess for "switch Bedrock" But, if you Buy Minecraft Windows 10 Edition (Now Minecraft Pc Bundle) You will gain acess for both versions in PC! The reason is: Ever Minecraft version is sold by a diferent store.
