    Becoming an authorized reseller?


    Hello,

    I have an interest in becoming an authorized reseller for Xbox subscriptions. I am already a member of the Microsoft Partner Network and was pointed to these forums to find the answer. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    I own a small business that creates learning materials for electronic, mechanical, and systems engineering - however, seeing as how many of my customers are colleges and college students, I would like to be able to offer them a chance to buy Xbox Live subscriptions,
    or perhaps even include them as a special limited time packaged deal with our products during holiday seasons.

    Be careful who you get to fix xbox

    The only authorized repair entity for XBOX 360 consoles is Microsoft. There are no third parties authorized to make 360 repairs.

    RRoD out of warranty

    ^^^ Microsoft is not the only authorized repair center. There are many authorized repair centers approved by Microsoft. I sent in my old console into an authorized repair center through walmart and never had an issue and was never open to any enforcement
    action.

    Actually that's the issue. There are a lot of 3rd party resellers and they are not authorized resellers. You're going to need to reach out to Amazon to see if they can help.

    An authorized retailer is not “anyone who gloves you a receipt”

    An authorized retailer purchases their stock directly from Microsoft and their distributors.

    It is not some guy on Ebay

    To be safe, stick to traditional retailers like Amazon, target, or Best Buy
