    Becoming an ambassador.


    Im trying to become an ambassador but it keeps telling me that i need to have no enforcement history on my account fr the last x months. The only thing that i can recall ever happening is when my profile info (name, location, motto, bio) were replaced
    with Code of Conduct but that was a while back so any suggestions on how i can resolve the siuation?

    Contact one of the Xbox Support staff on the forums here they will be able to look into it for you and let you know if you will be able to apply or not.

    I believe you have to wait a year after any action is taken against "said" account. Was it some time in the last year that your profile was corrected?

    Helping people is great and it's even better when you make them fully understand. Don't make it sound like it's an exam or some sort of educational essay. Nothing to be frustrated about :)

    I considered leaving because I was so frustrated being unable to help people, with some of the questions I was being asked about the new xbox. The truth is though I like helping people, which is the main reason people become ambassadors. Any other reason
