Because you can not play online in my xbox?

check you firewall settings on the router on mine .. i t was my router.modem firewall blocking me ..re check ports to be safe .. some routers do have issues with xbox

But I have PS plus premium and I signed into my Microsoft account through my PS5

I got an Xbox One yesterday and have been unable to play online, specifically Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15. I know the internet connection is good because I downloaded the game updates without a problem. And know I am logged into XBox Live because I downloaded
my profile and I can see my friends online. My NAT status is Open.

When I try to play AW online, I get "you must have an active network connection to play xbox live or system link matches".

When I try to play FIFA I get "you must be signed in to xbox live and the ea servers in order to access the online features of this title"

Again, I am online and connected to XBox Live. I know there have been issues because of the hack - is that what is causing the problem? It's hard to know since it's a new box and I haven't been able to play online with it yet.

so basically Xbox 360 game don’t use online for my 2 day trial that doesn’t exist on my Xbox but works for 2 days? because I can play gold games but Xbox 360 games for online don’t work
