Discus and support because of your past behavior you can't play multiplayer games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox is displaying "because of your past behavior you can't play multiplayer games" when trying to join any multiplayer game.     because of your past behavior you can't play multiplayer games


    Xbox is displaying "because of your past behavior you can't play multiplayer games" when trying to join any multiplayer game. I presume this some sort of ban? This happens to all accounts, and this account hasn't played for months.There has been no emails
    of notification & enforcement.xbox.com shows a prefect record on all accounts used by the Xbox one. What is the reason & how do I fix it?

    There is no emails from all accounts (3x family) (1x friend). All accounts work on a friends Xbox ok. I've reset the Xbox (not removing games & apps, it would take a month to download everything if I have to delete all, network isn't
    fast here), I still have the same issue. So is it a device issue? As far as banning goes, there is no reason this should of happened, no hacking, no microphone, no chatting in xbox. The device is only used when the kids are here on holidays, which is now.
    So what is the issue?

    As far as I can see there is no emails. I'm trying to understand why the whole box is banned, which mean its rubbish, I cant even sell it? Total madness. I'm the owner and hardly even play it, as I said the kids use it when here, maybe every 2nd week. For
    what reason does a whole box get banned? Banning accounts for bad language or something I can understand, but the whole box??? And if so surely the owner, the one that registered and paid for it should be emailed?

    What are the reasons a box gets banned?

    I'll have to take this to consumer fairs and get money back.

    There is no case to review. I need a direct link to email someone, this just goes around in circles

    I've even removed all accounts and this is the only one in the Xbox. As far as I know all accounts had a perfect record.

    Can I have a link to submit a complaint without a Enforcement case, please.

    I've been told the BOX is banned for 30 days!

    So Microsoft can ban your Xbox at any time after paying thousands of dollars for hardware & software (all bought from MS shop NEW)

    They officially will NOT give ANY reason for the actual ban other than sending you to a web page that basically tells you, you are a criminal.

    There is no way of submitting a case review, because a BOX ban isn't listed on any accounts.

    I'm told I'm lucky because it could of been a life ban.......

    Simply WRONG Microsoft.

    As I said I don't use the device, it's for the kids that come over once every 2 weeks! I dont care about a faulty device, BUT I will not be accused of being a criminal.

    I have closed all my payment accounts, cancelled my Windows Phone upgrade and microsoft surface. Since I work in the industry, be sure I'll be recommending other products.

    I've been with Micosoft since DOS 3, bye
