    This app does not function normally anymore! The reason being when you run your advertising everything in the app freezes! Not going to bother playing anymore! Too hard to play too bad!

    Freezing up Issue

    I have recently been having an issue while doing a puzzle the app freezes and then closes down. When I reopen the app it works for a few minutes it will again freeze and close. I noticed that the advertising on the right of the screen will go black and that's
    when it freezes up. Please fix this issue. I have been playing this app for at least two years and enjoy it very much other than when I have this issue.

    Advertising interferes with mouse operation

    Whenever there is any motion/animation in the advertising box on lower right corner of screen, the left mouse button freezes up. If the button is depressed, it won't release. If it is not pressed, pressing it does nothing. Once the activity in advertising
    box stops, the left mouse button behaves correctly.

    I know that upgrading Microsoft Jigsaw to the premium (or whatever it's called) version will eliminate the problem by eliminating advertising. However, that does not negate the fact that there is a bug. As of now, I don't plan to upgrade so the correct
    option is to fix the bug.

    Alien: Isolation Lag

    Go into the advanced tv settings and turn off features like motion blur. Motion blur could have many names. If your tv is advertised as having a 120Htz mode or some other Hertz mode higher than 60 then it has a motion blur feature which should be disabled

    Fix the Parental Controls on Advertising

    Thanks so much for the responses. I have set the advertisement setting to "Family" and everything is copacetic. Apologies for not figuring this out on my own.

    It's sad but no zombies is worth the Live account costs to me. Now if they could just fix the app lag times :).

    why cant I use good headsets on my X Box?

    In my experience wired headsets are more trouble then they are worth. I was amazed how much better everything was after I switched to wireless.

    Xbox One X playing media in slow motion?

    Glad to see it's not just me, I've been having the same trouble the last couple of weeks on my Xbox one X, media apps such as Netflix, Amazon video and YouTube are running in slow motion, I've tried everything suggested on here, I've even uninstalled
    the apps and reinstalled them but nothing is working it's so frustrating!!!
    Have you tried the soft factory reset? I want to but i don’t know if it worth it.

    Well I figured out what was going on. On My Slim input I had "Digital Natural Motion" set to Off. But on the Pro 360 it was set to Minimum. And this really sucks because the games move so fluid and look amazing without the
    motion blur. But I can't figure out how to make it so it doesn't get the 1 second of lag from the controller.
