Yeah, unfortunately that is the thing with the 2fa. f you lose your contact method, your password alone won't get you back into your account—and it can take you 30 days to regain access. You may even end up lose access to the account.

Also you can not delete an account without having access just like that. In these type of cases you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side

Actually the only way an account can be hacked on Xbox is if you give our your login info or are tricked (phished) into giving out your info.

I am afraid that it's not possible. It is because the support don't have full access to our accounts due to our account safety and security. They can't just delete the account on their own since everything is being managed by the system. Our best option is to wait until the account gets completely removed from the system or if the system recycles old gamertags and will allow you to claim it back.

I am sorry to know about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Unfortunately, our accounts' data and licenses are non-transferable. Once an account gets locked out or suspended, that includes everything on that account - that's what makes the account itself.

Especially that your current account was protected by 2FA, it would be difficult to recover it. Due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.
