Beautifully painful/difficult aspect of New Vegas. *DLC Included*

What is in your mind, the most painfully difficult aspect of New Vegas? Mine is the dreary depth of the Sierra Madre. The first thought that the courier may never feel the sands of the Mojave again.

What do you find is the most difficult aspect of hardcore? What tips would you give to new Diablo players who want to play hardcore mode?

 

Does Skyrim use DT or DR?

how exactly was new vegas worse than fo3? there were some features that new vegas could've done better, but the story and most gameplay was a marked improvement to fo3. ammo types, damage threshold, skill speech checks, and more were all welcome changes
to the gameplay, just some of the monsters and whatnot could've had better aspects of gameplay, or whatever, i'm drunk.

 

The lack of defense in the sierra Madre is what I found difficult as well, especially on hard core mode

 

I would have to say the Sierra Madre. (Never played it on hardcore mode) I hated having to die again and again to find out where those dang speakers were. In the Sierra Madre I was counting my freakin bullets even on the lower difficulties.

 

I agree with all of you, the Sierra Madre was dreadful.

 

The Sierra Madre was a pain in the butt to complete. Especially with the speakers. And the fog, while easy to avoid, made it a pain to take direct routes. And it sucks how hard it is to get all of the gold bars out. I haven't been able to, but I've heard
rumors of some who have.
