Beautiful Games

So, I'm continuously amazed at just how beautiful and artistic video games can be and was reminded of this even with a broken game like Battlefield 4 in
. Which Xbox One games, exclusive or multiplatform, do you think are beautiful and/or artistic and why? Please share examples if you can (such as video and/or screenshots).

Saw one for the first time in a Best Buy display case after trading my 360 in tonight. Needless to say, I'm excited.

 

Tbh GG, BF4 and Titanfall are the only 2 games to visually impress me so far this gen. Bf4 probably being the more impressive of the 2. It's a tricky topic really since there's game that visually still impress me from last gen and the gen before. Let's look
at Jet Set Radio on he DC, this game was artistic to me and still is. Elder scrolls Oblivion on the 360 or PC still looks amazing to me.

Xb1, I think it's too early for consistent eye candy

 

There are many games that have impressed me.

Skyrim was amazing to me....especially when you tame and ride a dragon to some of the snowy regions. Very beautiful.

Riding a horse through Red Dead Redemption during a sunset was amazing. I was really impressed with how realistic the coloring was. Most games botch that up, but Rockstar got it about close to perfect as I could imagine.

I'll list more later.

 

Not many Xbox One games have impressed me so far but the Frostbite engine that runs BF4 really does look good in the higher resolutions.

As far as Xbox 360. LA Noire, Crysis 3 and DmCevil May Cry come to mind.

 

There's 2. Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. The reasons are intangible to me. They just are. I'd post links to screenshots but I don't know how. Besides, if you haven't played these games yourself, then you have no business playing video games.

 

I've gotta say, I absolutely loved Just Cause 2 and it's graphic style on ps3 and the 360. For my eyes it was a constant pleasure tbh.

I've always wanted to play them, but never really got the opportunity (well, I did play a demo of Ico for about 2 minutes).

 

Oblivion, when you first exit the sewer. The was a real wow moment for Me in 2006.

 

The Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on Xbox One looks pretty amazing to me.

 

My first holy cow,amazing graphics moment was when i hooked up my 360 via components(originally had it RCA's on a CRT) for HD and put in fight night RD 3

 

I will go with Strider. Realistic is cool and all but Strider had a lot of vibrant colors without causing me to get a headache from extended play.

 

personally, the only game that has made my jaw drop was
Ryse, most everything else looks good, but Ryse was the only game that really impressed me.

The Division looks to be the next game that looks stunning

 

Tomb Raider is probably the best looking game on Xbox One. Artistically and graphically.
