Beats by dre solo HD as headset

Hi,

I have purchased my Xbox one 2 weeks ago. With this Xboxone, no headset or headset adapter came with it. My question is if it's possible to use my beats by dre solo HD with an headset adapter( I still need to buy one), as a headset, including hearing and speaking?
It has an microphone in the cable, so it's possible to hear and speak through the headset on the phone. I already tried to plugin my beats in de controller, but only sound is coming out, people can't hear me if I speak.

Headset Adapter and Beats Studio Headset

I just ordered a

-Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter

-FC23 Replacement (Black) iSoniTalk Cable Monster Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Solo HD

so I can use my SOLO HD Beats as a headset. I've read a lot about them and it seems to work if you replace the beats audio wire with the FC23 wire and plug it into the Adapter. I am going to try it out and I will reply once I find out for sure.

support for beats by dre ur beats earbud headset?

the headset works as headphone but mic does not function but works on pc xbox beta app parties. is there a fix for this?

Headset compatibility can vary from headset to headset but when you get a chance check out this page

Connecting Compatible Headsets. From experience, I have seen some people having issues using Beats but if it matches the requirements on that page I linked you should be ok.

Do the Beats Solo HD's work with the XBox Stereo Adapter?

@Aox Chap - what did you have to do in order to get your studios to work? I just received my adapter a couple of days ago, and while it works perfectly (no static, no sound drop offs etc) with my Sony Pulse Elite headsets, I can not use the mic to send
chat audio on the Beats Solo HD's.

Its just because the 3.5 jack on the beats is not ctia standard. Is you want to use the original beats cord you need to convert over to ctia. Got a converter adapter and they work great. I have beats solo HD
