1. Is there any promotional content? (I.E. Anything only available for a limited time or more complicated than just buying DLC)
2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for fulfilling specific conditions?
3. Is this game identical on all platforms, including an in-game achievement system for platforms that don't have the infrastructure for it?
4. Are there any bonuses for having save data from a different video game?

It kinda helps. Thanks! However, some games can detect data from others, a good example is Stop N Swap between the Xbox 360 versions of Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, and Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts.

Yes, the game is the same in all platforms but achievements may vary depending on the gaming platform.

I believe not since saved data does not really provides bonuses.

It's a title available for Xbox One and newer consoles too, but this is not going to affect Xbox 360 games on the game pass library
