Beam won't allow broadcasting, even though settings allow.

So, I'm trying to try the new service Beam on my Xbox One, and it keeps telling me that I need to allow it in Xbox Live Privacy Settings. I have a child account, but that just restricts me from changing the settings (I assume). When I go into the settings,
it says "Broadcasting" which is set to a grayed out option "Allow". If it says that I am able to broadcast in my settings, why is Beam in the Guide on Xbox One telling me to alter my privacy settings? Am I missing something? This is frustrating.

    :)

  3. Broadcasting Problems

I just recently turned 18 and it still will not let me broadcast on mixer. I have changed my privacy settings to where it should allow me to but it doesn't work. This message always pops up: To broadcast gameplay, you must allow it in your Xbox live privacy
settings and the game your playing must also allow broadcasting.

I know the game allows broadcasting. Why can't I broadcast? Please help.

    Mixer wnt Broadcast

At least you are able to get into the broadcast. It won't even let me in. It keeps telling me to allow it in my settings but I did that already. I think the insider program really screws with your account.

    Twitch wont broadcast

Make sure you allow "broadcast gameplay" in the settings, but I can't make it allow because I need a parent account, and when I sign into my fake parent account after I change it it won't apply.

Why can I not stream Hellblade 2 from my Xbox to twitch?

Some games do not allow streaming or broadcasting. e.g Bioshock, Borderlands, and a few others, won't allow it. Hellblade 2 might just be one of those games. Usually it's because of media licences in the game do not allow it.

    TWITCH Restricted

To broadcast with Twitch you have to set your settings to adult. Only the adult preset itself is working. As soon as you modify any of the settings, it switches to "user defined" and is not allowing you to broadcast.
