beam unable to start broadcasting

i was in the alpha wave or w.e its called and was using beam for over a month, it was working perfectly fine every time i would use it but now after the latest update it hardly ever works and i get (Something went wrong. Try broadcasting again latter.) Absolutely
nothing fixes this issue not restarting not resetting and unplugging every single thing not trying another game nada. I have read and tried every single thing in this and the insider program forum and nothing works does anyone have any real info on this issue.
Seems to me i am not the only one that was using it fine till the latest wave update and the feature rolled out to more people.

Any info would be grate on this issue.

Beam not working

so when I got down to the symbol to start beam broadcasting it asks me to agree to the terms of service and then says something went wrong try broadcasting later and I don't understand because I already have a beam account set up

why remove twitch broadcasting, i dont want to use that crap called beam, give us the option to choose which to use. i will never use beam

 

I have the same issue. Streamed every day on Beam for a week and half when I got the update. Went to stream this past Wednesday and I got the loading ring spinning for a couple minutes and then "Something went wrong. Try broadcasting again later." I attempted
a hard reset. Nothing. Then, a few days later I was able to get a stream started. Everything seemed fine, I was able to see my viewer count, stream duration and chat. I got on my laptop and went to my channel on Beam.. nothing. My Xbox seems to think it is
broadcasting to Beam, and is clearly connected because I can see my chat messages right away on my Xbox. But my channel is offline on Beam's website, and there is no audio or visual. Please help if you find a solution. Doesn't seem like something we are able
to tinker with ourselves. May have to be resolved by the big boys upstairs. Good luck.

 

Yep am getting the 2ed issue you do when it does connect it says i'm broadcasting its not actually broadcasting anything. Another thing to note is that my friends that were never in the preview for beam and such that now have it, it works perfectly fine
for them lol, very aggravating and that ones that did have the preview like me and you now all 3 i have talked to are having the same issue as you and i are and everyone else is not very odd.

 

just talked to a support person named Zel G "its a known issue with beam, we already have a bug made for the issue it look like 45 users have reported the issue with Beam, but what troubleshooting have you done" so its being looked into and is known atleast.
