Be Cautious when purchasing "NEW" Xbox Original titles!

Thank you for the following information have you been able to contact microsoft support so they can look into this issue further, as I remember I had a few games like this and it was the actual server image installed on the actual xbox system they use rather
than a region issue.

It wouldn't hurt to speak with someone about it and see if they get the same results their end.

sorry that happened to you i wish you could download them and play them but if they are corrupt try it again

All of them BC. Portal 2, Syberia, and Toy Story 3. I have xbox 360.

Were the only 3 games you downloaded backward compatible games? For some reason some people been having issues with installing games on the BC list.

Basically I tried everything. Of course every 2 week I am going to try download again.

Black

Splinter Cell 1-4

Ninja Gaiden Black

Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb

Psychonauts

Armed and Dangerous

Fuzion Frenzy

UC 2

might have the same problems as well.

I have to add I have more than 60 games on my hard drive and all works fine.

I downloaded 3 games after I had this issue, and they are downloaded first without problem.
