BC - Rearmed 2 not showing in "Ready to Install"

I just tested the game on my XBox 360 and the game loads up just fine. Not sure why it is not showing up on XBox One. Kind of a pain. This stuff should just work.

 

I just got off of chat support and was asked "When you try to puchae it, what happens?".

I clicked the buy button and it added the game to my list and I was not charged a second time.

I don't want to say this is the solution for everyone, but it worked for me.

I know it is a risk, but if you can prove you purchased the game before MS has to refund you if you are charged twice. I had that happen to me before with some Rock Band DLC when RB4 was released.

 

Looks like I spoke too soon. After the game installed it still won't start, getting the "Do you own this game or app?" message.

 

I am hoping we are going to get some kind of answer to this issue.

 

I just got done chatting with another rep and she told me to open a thread and I told her there already was one.

I agree this needs to be resolved soon.

I wish there was a way to find out if someone purchasing the game for the first time on the Xbone is having any issues. Probably not as it would be a brand new license and not a carryover from the X360.

 

I am unable to download this for Xbox One also. BC - Rearmed 2 shows on the download history on 360, the game even boots up as a full game. I have checked My games on Xbox.com and the game is also listed there too. I deleted the game from 360 and redownloaded
it and it loads fine there but still nothing is coming up on Xbox One.

 

Anyone at MS watching this thread?

 

We will most likely have to wait until Monday before someone from MS responds.

 

I too, am unable to install this. I have confirmed and re-downloaded on my 360, nut it will not appear on my XBOX One

 

*Crickets* I guess none of us really owned this game,as it seems we are not going to get any help.

 

I have the same exact issue as everyone else. I bought this years ago when it first came out. Im the only person that plays anything on my XBox consoles so no one ever purchased it on another account. Since so many other people are having this issue im pretty
sure its a glitch.

 

Well they better fix this. You can't go on stage at E3 saying "We won't make you pay for the games you already own."....and then have this happen.

Where was this XBox Staff post posted? A link to the post would be helpful. The steps seem kind of questionable to me without official confirmation from Microsoft.

Yeah well...it SHOULD not require me to do any of that in the first place. But we see how that turned out. So I don't really trust doing that. I'm not buying this game twice.
