BC games wont Sign into Xbox Live

For the last 3 days none of the backwards compatibility games will sign into xbox live

i've removed my profile and redownloaded to no avail

there is 50%+ space on my hard drive

can sign into xbox live on XB1 no problem at all

this is happening to both profiles on the XB1

I've even removed the BC games and redownload them as well

is there a known issue?

is there a resolution?

Sorry to hear about the issue with signing it to Backward Compatible games. Let's have you try to clear the local Xbox 360 storage and see if that helps.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

(Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

Select Settings.

Select All settings.

Select System and then select Storage.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

 

this worked and has sorted issue
