BC game can't connect to Live

Been playing Saint's Row 4 through Xbox One's backwards compatibility. All was working fine in the beginning, but recently noticed it hasn't been connecting to Xbox Live. My profile signs in locally, but when I attempted to connect to Live it tells me
that my connect has been lost. Also when signed in locally, none of my achievements are there, no profile info or picture either. Not sure if this is related to not being connected to Live, or whatever is causing the issue messing that up as well.

Normally connect via wifi, with an open NAT. Also tried wired, and making the Xbox One DMZ. Still have lots of HDD space. Running out of ideas. Only idea I have left is deleting my profile and redownloading it, but afraid doing so would cause me to not
get any achievements I've unlocked in my numerous hours spent in the game.

Xbox 360 games doesn't connect to xbox live

When I try to download my xbox 360 profile in any BC game, it says that the console isn't connected to internet, but in the xbox one network setting the console is correctly connect throught wireless connection with open nat. I can't connect my console through
ethernet cable. How can I do for connect my BC games to xbox live? I tried to do the factory reset but it didn't work. Anybody has other suggestion?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to Xbox Live. It sounds like there might be a profile issue which would require you to re-download it unfortunately. Do you get an error code when you try to reconnect by chance?

 

No error code, just a message saying the connection was lost. Did try another backwards compatible game and had the same problem. Is the same profile used across all backwards comparable games, our does the way the emulation work cause each title to have
it's own profile object?

 

Went ahead and redownloaded profile. Back in business. A few achievements I should have gotten aren't unlocked, but oh well, not the biggest problem.
