BC does not work for me, can not download my 360 profile on to my X1, says I can't connect ...

The loading bar before the 360 game launches that says getting your 360 info never starts filling either. I've tried it with every 360 BC game I own, same thing everytime.

Tried deleting and recovering my 360 profile on the 360 console itself. Tried hard resets on the X1. I was talking with a support staff member "Bro Hammersly" through Xbox Live meassging and have tried a few other things they suggested, nothing worked. Even
had to give the model of my router and my IP address, but it's been a couple of months since I've been updated on anything from that person.

I'm to the point where I do not feel like I'm getting the value from my LIVE subscritption GwG games. I should be getting 4 playable games a month like you advertise, not just 2. This is to make an official complaint so that I have a timeline of how long
this issue has been on going and not fixed. Every person who bought an X1 should have access to all the features of their paid membership and I clearly don't.

Strange Unsolvable error

I no longer own an xbox 360, so I was happy to play old titles until I was greeted with an error that I cannot resolve. When I start up any 360 game through my xbox one it says "Disconnected from xbox live" and prompts me to sign into my own xbox profile,
but when I go back to my xbox one dashboard I am clearly signed in. When I press my profile to sign in on the xbox 360 client it says "Sorry, this profile can't connect to xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again" Even though I am signed in!

When I try to download my profile again my password never works even after resetting it multiple times and using 2 step verification. It is such a struggle. I have tried tutorials on clearing cache under "all settings - system - storage - clear local 360
storage" and that does not work either. No error codes show up during this, and clearly this isn't an internet or code of conduct issue because I can play xbox one with no issue.

 

Xbox 360 games doesn't connect to xbox live

When I try to download my xbox 360 profile in any BC game, it says that the console isn't connected to internet, but in the xbox one network setting the console is correctly connect throught wireless connection with open nat. I can't connect my console through
ethernet cable. How can I do for connect my BC games to xbox live? I tried to do the factory reset but it didn't work. Anybody has other suggestion?

 

Hmm, Head into My Games and Apps and highlight the game with the issue, then press Menu on the controller to open up a guide then select “Manage Game” >Saved Data/Reserved space>“Clear reserved space” After you clear that reserved space try to launch the
game again and see if it works. Any luck?

 

I am having this same problem. I spoke with support for two hours and they were unable to do anything. Not sure what the next step to take is here...

 

Yep, count me in. I've been having this problem since I played Dead Space. Even worse for me, after I did a factory reset, I didn't have the right to own Dead Space anymore. It's really annoying

I did what Monkiedude22 said and it worked. The loading bar "Getting your xbox 360 info" fully filled and I connected to Xbox live.

I installed Dark Souls, but when I go to play, it keeps on asking for me to download my profile. Every time I try, it says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later". When I looked it up, other people were having the same
problem 9 months ago. It seems like a problem no one really knows how to fix. If any one knows of a consistent solution, or if xbox could just fix it that would be great.

Tried the suggestions in this thread, still not working. I'm getting more frustrated every time a new BC game is available as BC. How is this not fixed 6 months after BC launched? I shouldn't have to pay full price for LIVE if I'm not receiving the full
benefits of what is advertised.

Could you provide us the brand name and model number of the router and modem you own? This is starting to look like a network issue, and we want to make sure we have all of the details to further narrow down the issue.

Also, is it possible you can bring your Xbox One console to a nearby friend or family members house to try their network out? This will help us determine if this could be a network issue as well.
