    Hi

    i have had an xbox one about a week now and noticed since i got it, NOW TV wont work every time i load it it says "oops there seems to be a problem with your connection" and also bbc iplayer always says "sorry currently not available" i have done my ports
    my NAT is Displaying Open and i have tried the cold reset or hard restart and still its not working also i noticed the pins dont show up properly neither does anything in the xbox store :/

    ive searched google and tried what everyone says but its not working for me

    What Do You Have Connected to the "TV" App on Your XBOX ONE.

    Now tv box until Sky news and BBC iplayer are launched then ill probably invest in one of those freeview ariels MS are releasing.

    "Xbox Go To BBC iPlayer"....NO NOT MEDIA PLAYER!

    OMG the One is annoying me here.

    Tonight I kept trying to launch the BBC iPlayer app by voice command and the One would just keep launching the Media Player app instead.

    Calibrated three times and the One just kept opening the Media Player app every time I said "Xbox Go to BBC iPlayer."

    Thank God for the ability to pin apps and a media remote. Voice commands in this case tested my patience.

    trying a factory reset If that doesn't help, check to see if you have another device (possibly even already connected to your TV) that supports BBC iPlayer as an interim measure. And if you have a Chromecast dongle device, you can cast programmes
