Discus and support BBB Complaint in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; The time it has taken for the enforcement team to respond does not suit my needs.     The time it has taken for the enforcement team to respond does not suit my needs. If i am not put into contact with someone who can give me the answers i need i will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have
    put to much money into your business to be treated like this. The reasons for my suspension are not only unwarranted by frankly impossible.

    Got a much welcome phone call today.

    I have some questions for anyone that has filed a complaint to the BBB.

    At what point in your investigation did you feel it was time to file a complaint with the BBB? How long did it take from the time you filed the complaint until Microsoft contacted you? Would you recommend that everyone use the BBB in this situation?

    I have absolutely had it with Microsoft customer service. Broken console AND controller, both on Day One, STILL no resolution!

    Filed a BBB complaint. Will update here as things progress.

    BBB Complaint

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can find out info about any enforcement action on your account on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    No one on the forums or phone/chat support can tell you anything.

  5. update: The enforcement team has given me a copy and paste response, if i am not contacted within the next 48 hours with someone with the ability to settle this manner to my liking the better business bureau will be notified.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. No one else from support will have any information about your suspension.

  7. no but they do have pathways phone number associates manager, supervisors people who can and will get in touch with the right people.

    Update: i researched online and found several cooperate executive email address and emailed them all explaining my situation as well as told them how phone support hung up on me, enforcement hides from me and the social media sites ignore me showing the
    poor customer services there branches are offering consumers. hopefully the executives of the company have a little more respect for their brand then what i've seen so far.
