    Baught a Gold membership and it doesnt work


    A friend bought a 12 month gold membership at G2A secure. when i enter the code it says that a problem occurred on your side and i must retry? have done so and no success! pls help

    update issues

    Yea, i went and baught a xbox 360 sandisk 8gb flashdrive. it came preconfigured and with the system update on it..but it still doesnt work...i guess ima have to send it in for like 6 months. lol. ty BohSeppuku.

    Log into account.microsoft.com and check the subscriptions tab. Check to see if you have an outstanding balance listed in red.

    Also be sure you don't have an expired credit card on the account.

    If you continue to have issues, contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Why doesnt my gold membership work?

    Hey there!

    If the steps our Ambassador tried do not work let's have you remove your
    profile     and then power cycle the console and sign back in.

    This should help clear up any remaining issues.

    Message us back if you still can't use your subscription services!
