Battlfield Hardline Premium issues? Help?

OK to start off I have the EA access pass. And I have downloaded battlefield hardline which is now with premium when you download from the EA access pass.

when i start up the game it shows battlefield hardline premium even when I go to my profile it shows me with the premium symbol yet when I try to check battle packs map packs it is not registering that I have premium. whenever I go to the store it says about
installing premium Acting as if I do not already own it and when I click on it to try to install it through game it says i have it already installed it says you already own the content.

I have done a hard reset on my Xbox. and I have. uninstalled and Reinstalled the game and the actual premium .

I've been searching for days when On the Internet and i still can not find Answers. I see other people have had this problem I only have one gamertag I have the gamertag linked to the EA access pass everything was downloading only on one gamertag so that
is not the issue I've already tried to re install and uninstall the game and content. That did not work it has been about 4 days and it is still not working. So can anyone else give me any clues or ideas of how to fix this so it registers that I own premium..

I'm not buying Hardline or Premium until I see what shape the game is in when released. If I like Hardline I will have no problem spending $50 for Premium.

 

on these forums and ea forums and no help. anyone please help me fix this i i just want to have premium and i want it to work

 

this seems like an account issue that you'll need ea support for since its with ea services. this should help (help.ea.com/.../new) for the
