Thanks for keeping us updated. After further investigation, it seems like this is a known issue still affecting customers. You can view this thread here :

So it seems like the developers need to roll out a fix. The troubleshooting has not worked for everyone, but you can try uninstalling the game entirely and then re-installing the game.

By doing this method, I got just volcano to work. Both Mustang unit pack, and Carrier Battles map pack are still not working.

Doesnt work for me as well and i own it too.

As I mentioned earlier, it's a known issue affecting most people who own the DLC for this game not appearing within the game itself. I'm sorry but we don't have the definitive answer as to why it works for some and why it doesn't work for others. That's
common for known issues as usually it doesn't affect the entire population but a large percentage of the population that would fall under the category of owning this game and the DLC.

3. Select See other options.
4. Select Payment & Billing
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
