Battlemarks

Seeing how the battlemarks are new, Any one feel like they will make adjustments to the system? It seems very hard to obtain the battlemarks after a certian level. I totally understand it's based on skill and how you play but going 16-3 on pilot hunter and
MVP of the match and you still lose a battlemark. That's really tough. I guess it supposed to be but at what point is it to hard?

What's up with this Titanfall ranking system?

For those that don't know what I'm talking about, they've introduced a new ranking system in a recent update that places you in tiers (bronze I-V, etc. to Platinum). It's optional in case you'd rather stick with the gen10 system. The new one rewards "battlemarks" based on how your'e performing during the match. Get 5 and you advance to the next level. Do poorly and your battlemarks will decay. The problems that myself and some others (on the TF support forums) are having is that we can do extremely well one match, gain multiple battlemarks, then do extremely well the next match and LOSE marks. It seems completely random at times and no one knows why it does that.

 

What's up with this Titanfall ranking system?

I understand I'm probably late to this party but this ranking system is schizo. I'm going right along doing fine, earning multiple battlemarks per match when I hit Gold V and it starts going down even though I'm still consistently dominating in attrition points. So I take a break for a while and come back later and I'm cruising right along, get to Platinum tier one, score 153 attrition points on Demeter and STILL lose a battlemark. Second place on my team had like 80 points.

Either the system is flawed or I just don't understand how it works. Anyone got an explanation?

 

I went 10 pilot kills 4 titan kills and 0 deaths the other day in attrition and still only got 2 battle stars. For attrition you just have to score over 100k points And I haven't done that yet. When you spend all your time trying to do specific challenges
for regen, you kind of lose track of what else is going on. Like trying to execute other titans, I usually die trying to get an execution kill more than getting one. And it makes me upset when I go to execute another titan only to find that the pilot has
already gotten out. They should make it count when no one is in the titan. I thought the gooser challenge was hard. And the atlas titan is a PoS.
