    Battlelog problem


    I cannot seem to remember my password to log on to the site from PC. When I try to do the password reset it just keeps looping back to the page where you enter the field to verify that you are not a bot with no error message and no email gets sent, I have
    checked my spam box. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Ich habe ein Problem ich habe auf Battlelog.Battlefield.com ein Platoon ertsellt , den tag für den clan eingegeben und auf meinen Profil den Gleichen Clan tag.

    Auf Battlelog wird dann auch der tag angezeigt und auf den Erkenungsmarken (der linken natürlich) steht er auch auf Battlelog.

    Aber im Spiel icht bitte um Hilfe.

    I would help, but you had never told me your password. Surely theres an area to "recover" password?

    Not that I have seen, the only thing to click on is currently "Forgot your password?". I have looked for an actual email or some sort of other communication to Origin but cannot locate.

    That is what I ended up having to do. Then spend 5-10 minutes with a chat rep to find out they couldn't help but directed me to rep that would call me. Spoke with this rep for about a minute and he got it all straightened out. Works now.
