Hi, I recently pre-ordered COD WWII, Need for Speed Payback and SW Battlefront II as part of the Pre-order punch card. However, only Battlefront is actually showing as pre-ordered as it still offers the option to buy Need for Speed and shows nothing related
to the now released COD.

I am referring to the pre order code that lets me play the new map early and I bought a physical copy from the microsoft store

If you pre-ordered the game digitally all you need to do is search the store for "Battlefront II" then select the beta and download. The message would have contained a spare code to give to a friend. One of the helpful support agents can help you with that.
