Battlefront II Error 0x80040900

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sounds like you've done a bit of troubleshooting already and are still getting that error 0x80040900
when trying to play SWBF2. If this is the only game giving you the issue and you haven't already done so since your reset, you may want to try uninstalling the game then redownloading it to see if that clears it up.

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
   on your controller.
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
   

Give this a try and please let us know the results.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

Thanks for responding, i really want to play this new game, and Ive tried all of the ways yall have said except the hard reset, should I try this? What will it do? Will it fix the error that is not letting me play multiplayer on STBF2?
