Battlefront 2 and Long Dark

The game freezes, usually during a load screen and then kicks me back to the home screen. This only started after the 21 Oct 2019 system update. Most other games i have are unaffectd.

yes i tried the shutdown and unplugging of the power cord for 10 seconds.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with Battlefront 2 freezing and crashing back to the home screen.
I recommend trying the troubleshooting solutions from our support article entitled “My Xbox One
game won’t start or freezes during gameplay” and seeing if that helps.

Do note that some of these issues can be resolved by reinstallingthe game after performing
a factory reset (using keep my games & apps)
as well.

Try this out and let us know the results.

an HD remake of halo 1 and 2, star wars battlefront 1 and 2, as well as conquer live and reloaded would be nice... as long as they had live support.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you can play any game with the exception of Battlefront 2 online. Since this is only affecting the online multiplayer for the game, I suggest you look into port forwarding your router. You can find specific ports for Battlefront
in the
EA Connection Issue page. Hope this helps!
