Battlefield Xbox One S Military Green Controller Help

Hello, I've had the Battlefield Xbox One S 1TB Bundle for almost 2 weeks now and recently noticed the Military Green controller is a lot louder than my old controller. This occurs whenever the controller vibrates in a game. Instead of being a soft rumble/vibration
like my old controller, it makes a loud buzzing noise that can be louder the games themselves. I'm not sure if this is an intended feature or if something is broken inside the controller. Looking for help and answers, thank you for reading!

What's been your Xbox related highlights over the last year?

Getting the Battlefield 1 Xbox One S because the military green is the perfect shade of green and looks great with my other hardware. Also the new controller being so good was a pleasant surprise.

 

Xbox One S bluetooth support

I have the xbox one s controller, specifically the battlefield 1 edition (the military green one that comes with the bundle) and the bluetooth isn’t working with my phone. I put the controller in sync mode and it doesn’t show up in my list of devices. i’ve
tried restarting my phone, and the controller multiple times and it still isn’t showing up.

That type of noise definitely isn't normal, even with that edition of the controller. Have you tried reaching out to the retailer for an exchange by chance? If it's only been 2 weeks, I recommend swapping it out to clear up that noise issue.
