Battlefield V trial - xbox one not registering purchased disc of game

I downloaded the Battlefield V trial and enjoyed the game so I purchased the disc at Best Buy. However, when I installed the disc, expecting to find full content of game, it was only the trial that was available to me and many features were locked because
it didn't register that I had purchased the full version of the game. The only options were to purchase game via x box store. However, I was able to download the deluxe edition content with the code included in the disc but the game was not available to
play without being in the "trial" mode. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

No, stop advising this. You don't have any knowledge about issue and when you would read the EA thread you would know it is not caused by this.

Reinstall the game from the disc since the license is a trial one, that should fix it, but first you need to delete the game.

I have the same problem but i dont have the disc i bought it via xbox one store and i have an invoice but is it saying the same thing

And i paid over $60.00 CAD like i dont think id be this lvl with just the trial

And also this ??? Come on ppl!!!???

Catcher do you think maybe you have to just do a reset on your console? Sometimes whenever that happens to me that is what I do, a hard reset. You could also uninstall the trial game and just keep the disk in the console.
