Battlefield V Trial ruined my account i can't play the game anymore

Thank you for the response. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue other than the Battlefield V trial license is overriding the license coded on the physical disc but downloading the actual game while uninstalling the trial's game files from the hard
drive should allow you to start the game because as I said previously, the license is coded into the actual disc and that information is read by the disc reader when you launch the game.

I would recommend trying the following two steps. First, go ahead and do a

hard restart and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before
turning on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
soft factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
2. Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
   
3. Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
reset.

If the previous help ( XBF Brad A ) and because an other player (oldsalty
sailor)had the same problem, you can try his method cause after it works for him.

"You remove your home console ,then restart your xbox and login to the game . You can make it your home xbox after you game is loaded and working".

I did every steps, waited all night long for the game patching, but this morning i tried to launch it and the problem is still there

I guess that i can't delete the fact that a trial version is attached to my profile, and i can't figure out where to find this file and obliterate it completely.

This is working! thank you sir, the only problem is when i'm making the console Home console again the game is again asking me to buy it Xd

Thanks for coming to the forums. You will need to uninstall the trial version completely from the console. If you do have a disk for the game make sure to eject it before you uninstall. To be safe would uninstall game and trial. Once they are done power
cycle the console. When the console comes back on, go to settings>network>network settings> and go offline, insert your disk game and install the game. This will install the game offline so no chance of installing the trial. Once installed go back online and
update game.
