Battlefield V Trial Bug

Since the 5.0 pacific update in Battlefield 5 the game always shows me a message that I have to upgrade the game to the full version because i am a "Trial-Player" even though the Battlefield 5 disk is in the console.

How can this be solved?

I have the same problem... i have the full game running in de console... i can play the full campain but i cant play online because its telling me that i have a trail version.. please help me with this

Exact same issue. Contacted ea and what they suggested did not help.

Hi, normally the trial versions is only test versions and we have a time left for use, if you like the game, I suggest you Buy the Full version, so then you can play normally

The user wrote "disc in the console", so the problem is something else.

Currently we don't have any known issues like this one. I am aware that EA does have a list

Battlefield V known issues and bugs. You're more than welcome to go over that list as well as on that list it allows you to contact EA support as well if you'd like to report any new bugs/ issues to them in regards to the game.

As well as they have an article to
'Claim your battlefield V pre-order and edition rewards.'
