Battlefield V thinks I’m a trial player

I have ea access on my xbox one and i installed battlefield 5 but it says you are a trial player what is the problem?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get playing the full version of the game that you have purchased. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. If you are experiencing an issue with the game's license, though you
have purchased it and it's in your
order history, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game as the best course of action when it comes to troubleshooting.

Try uninstalling the game then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord
back in and restart the console. Once that is done reinstall the game and try again.
