Battlefield V open beta preload

Hi, i’m trying to download the open beta of Battlefield V yet it is not working, giving mw a message “get EA access or redeem code”. I have preordered the game and were not given the code, I did download the early enlister pack from the store, is anybody
able to help me get the beta?

Battlefield v code just returns me to previous screen

Hello

When I redeem my battlefield v beta code the xbox just returns me to the store screen with no error or message. I searched and found a battlefield v beta early access but it says I need to redeem a code. When I enter the code there it does the same as
above.

Same thing happens when I try on my xbox account site. I preordered from amazon and got the code. I also preordered from xbox store and still cant load anything. EA said that preload was today so what's up with this?

Hi there,

If you did your preorder on the MS store, it should have automatically flagged your account. It may be possible that open beta is not currently in session though, I would recommend double checking the dates.

 

This is the message that i get, i do actually have EA access but there’s nothing with bfV on the hub.
