Battlefield V no rights

Discus and support Battlefield V no rights in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried launching battlefeild V for the first time in i believe 3 months.     Battlefield V no rights


    I tried launching battlefeild V for the first time in i believe 3 months. Only issue is when i start it, it says that i don’t own the rights to play the game whenever i clearly have the disk in that i have had since the game came out. I am not buying another
    copy just because microsoft is having reltionship issues with apparently my rights that i do have. Does anyone know how i can fix this? I’ve already tried uninstalling and installing it again on my account but i keep getting the same issue.

    Have you tried a hard reset of your console by holding the power button in for 10 sec then turning it back on.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Generally, the disc is what would give you the entitlement (rights) to have access to the game; however, from what you've explained, you're being given a message stating that it is not recognizing
    this. I recommend that you try the troubleshooting solutions available in the following support articles to see if they help you out:

    Should you exhaust all troubleshooting and are still receiving the same error message, then I would further recommend that you
    contact Xbox Support by requesting a call back or a chat so that they can take a closer look into what may be happening regarding the licensing.

    Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

    Maybe the system is relating the game to EA Access, for any chance you install it before through EA Access?

    Try to this steps:

    1. Uninstall the game

    2.
    Power Cycle     your console

    3. Log off your account and put the disc in console. It will ask to install update,
    important step: Choose "Install Later", this will only install disc content.

    4. After get installed, take the disc of the console, you can now log in. And go to Manage Settings in Battlefield V through My Games and Apps, in Battlefield V Manage Menu, go to Updates Tab and let it install the full update. When is finished put the disc
    back and see if the error appears.
