Battlefield V EA Access - 10 hour trial error

I'm also one of those who had the 10 hour trial error and wanted to bring some additional information to Xbox.

It says on the Xbox support page that they are aware of the problem and you must make sure to close the game/app so that the timer don't continue to run out.

I was aware of this before I started the trial. I played 1 hour yesterday and closed the game + ea access app. Today it said I had less than 90min left on the trial

Some people are saying that you have to log out of Xbox Live to make the counter stop.

Contacted EA support and they can not add time to Xbox players because they have "no access" to Xbox infrastructure/games.

They referred me to Xbox Support and EA answers forum.

So EA is unable to help and Xbox seems to be unable to help also.

Just an FYI for those who has the same issue.

EA-Access / Battlefield V

Even though I have EA-Access until next year I can't start the 10 hours trial of Battlefield V. It says that I have to buy the game in the store or that I have to buy a membership of EA-Acces.

Does somebody else have this problem?

Hey Josh,

Thanks for your post. In order to redeem the 10 hour trial, be sure to log into the EA Access application, on there, an option should be available to download Battlefield V. It should then recognize your BFV installation, or install it for you.

Titanfall 2 is not a part of the EA Access program. EA publishes the game, and I believe it still offers a 10% discount with EA Access, but I do not believe there is a demo or free trial to play for the 10 hours as they have with games such as Battlefield One.

I had to download 10 hour trial from Microsoft store as got error code on ea access just change where it asks for £60 payment to 10 hour trial. Hope this makes sense and works if not maybe try resetting your console.

Because that "free trial" isn't a demo....is the 10 hour trial from EA Access.
