Battlefield V Digital deluxe upgrade issues

Thank you for your response. We are tracking this issue and was informed to get support for this matter you would need to contact
Xbox Customer Support since we don't have the proper tools on the forums to correct this issue. Make sure you have proof of purchase for the upgrade readily available just in
case but I don't think they will need it as they should be able to see the redemption on your account. Just make sure to explain the issue to the agent as you did on here and you should get the support you need to get the early access you should be entitled
to have.

Everything installed correctly. I even reinstalled everything. I had no issues redeeming. There is no error message. When I try to launch it, it just says that it's still too early to play.

I'm sorry to hear the deluxe edition upgrade is not allowing you early access as it should. Did everything else included in the deluxe edition upgrade install onto your Xbox? Were there any issues with redeeming the code from Amazon?

What error message do you get when trying to start up the game? Did the full game pre-load already?

For a refund you will have to go to the request a refund form. If you try and contact support they will send you to the webpage as well. In the past Support was able to assist with refunds. All refunds go through the website now. Also there
is an upgrade on the Microsoft store Upgrade deluxe edition currently isn't sold but could be in near future.

Thank you for reaching out. Regardless of which version of BFV you purchase, you will see the standard version installed on your console. The extra content which comes with the Deluxe edition will show up within the game and consists of:

• Five Sets of Paratrooper Outfits: Battlefield V Deluxe Edition lets you customize your soldiers with five Special Soldier Sets containing stunning weapon skins, camo patterns, head gear, and face paint for British Special Air Service and German Airborne
troops. Choose these five Sets from eight available when deploying into Battlefield V.
